I’ve tired both regular and gold. I usually start my early day with my green juice then do few chores for about an hour and a half before heading to gym. This is when I take the
pre workout. The effect is quick , for me within the half hour after taking it. The thermo effect is incredible to which I like. It all falls into place once into my workout. Now I tried on an empty stomach one day and pow a sense of urgency with minor nausea I’m guessing from not having anything to eat and taking on an empty stomach. It hit harder and faster. Both methods gave me a good workout. However I prefer my first method after my green juice. The effect came a bit slower but without nausea. Either way that’s the effect on me. The workouts were good with lots of sweat ! Awesome.
