I take 2 capsules an hour before my workout and I sweat like crazy! Good clean energy that lasts about 3 hours for me. I love this stuff!
I like my morning coffee like anyone else so I didn’t want more stimulants on top. My go to combo has been coffee+MCT+1/2 serving in the morning. Then another half serving before workout. Will likely buy more!
