This pre was saved for specific workout days. Not for the weak minded. It pushed my workouts over the edge. I felt stronger mentally and much more focused. I would use another pre for regular workout days but when I needed that extra... this was always a winner

If the label says, one scoop, I usually take 2-3 scoops. I am glad I didn’t with this one. It hits hard and quick.

I've been stacking a thermogenesis with my pre-workout on occasion and to try that with this would put me over the top. Great stim, mood elevation, and food doesn't even exist for five or six hours. If it does its all in the head. Great stand alone!

This helped like a lucky charm at school and work without a doubt, I was in my zone without getting distracted by my surroundings it really works. I was focused and still had energy to go for a 45 min walk in the evening and read a chapter or two from a book I like before heading to bed.
